Ultimately, this would come down to the judiciary. They could stonewall all they want. Those documents are on file, and you better believe the judiciary will exercise every ounce of strength they’ve got.
It might get delayed unduly for quite some time, but those names are the public’s. Not a damn thing any person who decided to accept the job can do about that to stop the public.
