  If there isn’t you can make a feature request.

  It would make sense for PeerTube as (almost?) all publicly open instances put a restriction on the storage your videos take up, so lots of short videos makes more sense than a few large ones.

  Also it might be worth looking but some instances may focus on shorter videos.

  You can filter a search for Videos <4 minutes

  At the moment there is no real “shorts”
