  That’s kinda my point though, a teenager can recognize situations for what they are and take defiant steps if needed.

  Like a teen is going to recognize a photo op as a photo op and will be able to either decide to participate or be defiant and not

  A 5 year old isn’t going to go “My dad’s a Nazi, fuck his photo op I’m not going to the White House” he’s going to go “Oh me and my dad are going to a house that’s white! Cool oh there’s people here fun! They’re taking pictures too!”
