Microsoft sucks, obviously, but Xbox has been touting diversity and accessibility pretty hard for the last decade and tried to make them part of their brand
Comment on Google Calendar removed events like Pride and BHM because its holiday list wasn’t ‘sustainable’

So, how many companies we have on the list now? I guess it’s just a matter of time until Microsoft joins the club.

I mean, so did Target. But you can’t expect these companies to resist when we’re barely in the streets. From their perspective the average person doesn’t care and the government is going to fuck them with a jackfruit. So they’re going to sign with the government until we show that we give a fuck, and boycotting products is barely going to move the needle.

What do you mean by take to the streets, because if it’s just more non violent signs-and-chants protests you might as well just accept this new reality because that sure as hell isn’t going to stop this.

Yeah, but money? If the political environment in America changes, companies adapt. Supporting minorities has always been nothing but a PR move for them, so dropping the act shouldn’t be a problem for the soulless scumbags.

While I don’t disagree, I’d say gamer culture is pretty misogynistic and unwelcoming for minorities. So, it’s more of a risk than in other communities.calcukated risk, I’m sure.

Bill gates has at least been anti-elon in the last few weeks. Don’t get me wrong he’s still a billionaire exploiting the system, but I don’t know if Microsoft is going to bend

Bill Gates doesn’t have anything to do with Microsoft anymore

And Bezos with Amazon but people still think he’s the CEO.

I really hope they won’t, but I’m pretty sure they will sooner or later.
