    Nicotine can be consumed less carcinogenic to non-consumers, pills/patches exist. I don’t know about healthcare in Italy, but addiction treatment is likely a thing too.

      not everything needs to be some kind of debate… I just mentioned how I feel on the topic. it’s an opinion, not a position that needs to be illuminated by some guy on the internet explaining that nicotine gum exists.
