I would be more than okay with a couple decades of Frieren (and maybe some spinoffs for different stories with similar fantasy atmosphere, too).

There is at least one collection of Frieren short story spinoffs. As far as I know though, this has not been translated to English yet though. Maybe some short OVAs to help tide us over.
