tetris11@feddit.uk 14 hours agoShe’s calling for the complete extinction of an intelligent species. I understand the paradox of intolerance, but humans/elves have proven they can best Demons without having to resort to that, and yet it’s a path she’s more than happy to choose
Plus, there’s so much magic to learn from them, and all that knowledge will be snuffed out. It just feels a little excessive

You’re literally being a pastiche of the guy trying to say zombies are just people with a disease as one rips your throat out.
You might well be right, but until the cure is being deployed you need to shoot them in the head.

And it’s good to question whether the protagonist is actually being reasonable about these things, it just so happens in this specific case she probably is.
I wouldn’t be particularly surprised if there was a peaceful demon village somewhere or another though.

On the last few episodes the child demon showed an actual interest in human society and supossedly there’s a demon studying humanity (tho, I’d not take a demon at their word, even to each other)
