Sarmyth@lemmy.world 4 months agoI thought of exactly the same anime. They were both fun, but not amazing. I’ll give it a watch. I conceptually enjoy the “old guy” shows but I haven’t seen one I felt like rewatching. Sasaki and Peeps is the closest with that theme I really enjoyed.

Oh yeah, Sasaki and Peeps was pretty good. Definitely enjoyed that series.
