wjs018@ani.social 3 days agoSame thing with that series for me…a little while ago, I kind of switched to letting chapters for that series pile up and then knocking a batch out every now and then. I might still keep up that way out of morbid curiosity (especially since the chapters are so short), but my interest/excitement for the series is far from its peak.
I have kind of been pruning my library a lot lately as well, mostly series that I am dropping when I find that I just am not that interested in the latest chapter updates as they come. That is part of why I have been trying so many new series.

Ah! That’s another thing I wanted but forgot to mention - chapter length. Waiting a week or two for a few pages that barely move things forward did a lot to make me lose interest as well. I expect things to read well in one sitting (kind of like some parts of Attack on Titan) but this pacing harm the story a lot for me.
I’m pretty much taking a (semi) break from active reading at this point and focusing on clearing my gaming backlog instead. I still stick to things in my library but I need a bit of a palette cleanser before I can fully jump back to my usual manga/manhwa perusal. I’ll keep an eye on what you’ll drop here at least, might find something good for the future.
