Yeah, the game was made in 2010. That kind of detail wasn’t really possible. It has been remastered, but—and I’m not a person who would know—I don’t think that involves redesigning the world as much as scaling up the graphics

There are parts of video games that always feel too clean. That sign is one of them.
It would take years for a team to custom weather every model in the game and the file size would probably end up being huge.
I still haven’t tlfinished this game, I can’t even remember what made me stop playing. But after playing Control again, I want to replay AW.

The world definitely shows its age with its game. Not that it’s a bad thing. Just kind of an observation.
A similar thing I noticed was the video files. I noticed they were blurry and blocky and then it occurred to me that the reason why was disc space limitations. That’s another thing that would rocket up the File Size.
I hope you enjoy your play through of AW. It’s one of my favorite games of all time!
