1984@lemmy.today 1 day agoIt is someone else’s business though. It’s up to the company to decide what is appropriate for the culture. I dont know where you get this idea that you can decide to wear a skirt and it’s nobody’s business, in a workplace.

I’m pretty sure I could at my workplace actually lol. I mean people would be surprised and look at it a bit weird bc I just look goofy in a dress but not more than in any other context. It’s called working with people that mind their own business and don’t force their beliefs on others.
