    It is not a vital function, and erectile dysfunction is usually a signifier of poor lifestyle choices. I can’t speak to botched surgeries, but I’ll bet you 5000$ that typically erectile dysfunction is the result of either being fat or gripping your dick too hard during masturbation.

    I.e. either take care of yourself or don’t - you’re going to die anyway.
