You can see significant growth in the main characters, but the villains' power scaling almost feels overwhelming by comparison. What happens in Chapter 28 was far too tragic to forget anytime soon. On to the next one!
@factolvictor @bookstodon To Green Angel Tower is excellent, but it's also one of the longest traditionally published works in the genre at something like 535k words.

Yeah, I bought my copy a few months ago and I can say it’ll be a journey. It’s definitely taking me a while to finish. It’s not that this book trilogy is bad—on the contrary, I’m really enjoying it—but after every chapter, I feel like I need to pause and process what I just read. Plus, being a teacher with a heavy reading workload already, I inevitably have to break my reading momentum every now and then.
