I’m pretty sure there’s a specific Bomberman console release you can emulate with 8 players.

You could also emulate Smash Bros Ultimate, as it has 8 player support. Might be boring to just play a Switch game many people have though. Maybe look into mods for it?

And you can always use co-optimus to search for stuff. Just set At least 8 players, couch co-op in the filters: www.co-optimus.com/system/4/pc.html
