What about far left terrorism? It seems like terrorism is bad in general. It shouldn’t be an excuse to crush human rights or to justify large surveillance programs but if someone becomes a serious threat action should be taken.

Where does it say this wouldn’t apply to far left terrorism? If you’re going to use a whatabout at least be a little clever about it.
