dont celebrate to early,
he has a stake of about 78 million shares,
which is still about 3.7 billion usd at the current price (48.66)i dont remember exactly how much he was ordered to pay, i was under the impression it was about 500 mil. (correct me if im wrong there.)
if he doesnt manage to weasel his way out of paying that, this would unfortunately still be enough to cover his ass.

a bubble is kind of a goldrush situation,
where busineses and investors on mass jump into a new / hyped market or asset type without a propper plan & buisness model.for example the first recorded one: the tulip mania
the dot-com bubble was a massive bubble in the 90s centered arrount the emerging concept of “internet buissneses”
- Comment on Over half of all tech industry workers view AI as overrated 7 months ago:

- Comment on [VERGE] YouTuber subjects the Galaxy Z Flip 5 to a week of continuous folding to see when it breaks 10 months ago:
At the 400,000 mark, the phone was subjected to a pretty intense water and dust test and died soon after.
so it did not die from the folding,
but from a “water test” that was obviously designed to break it. - Comment on Wireless Shower Head 10 months ago:
