- Comment on Rabbit data breach: all r1 responses ever given can be downloaded 4 months ago:
Both Rabbit R1 users should be concerned.
- Comment on THE DAY HATH COME 11 months ago:
I can’t think of anything more specifically “reddit brain” than lumping Ajit Pai in with Hitler and of the hundreds of school shootings including the one shooter that happened to be trans.
- Comment on THE DAY HATH COME 11 months ago:
It’s real fucking reddit brain to group all of these people together as equally bad.
- Comment on It's never been a better time to switch to Firefox 11 months ago:
I can’t comprehend how someone can be able to self host something but not able to find literally the first configurable option on the “home” settings page.
- Comment on Why we’re renaming ‘Firefox accounts’ to ‘Mozilla accounts’ 1 year ago:
To sync your bookmarks and saved passwords and stuff. Back in the netscape days you had a single device that could access the internet. The way you want to use a browser is still easily available to you. Yelling about a service you don’t have to use in any way existing is just childish.
- Comment on Joe Biden Wants US Government Algorithms Tested for Potential Harm Against Citizens 1 year ago:
He’s absolutely fine if you don’t care about unconditional support for a genocidal apartheid state or the right to strike. Those are both cases where doing literally nothing would have been better than what he personally did.
- Comment on Joe Biden Wants US Government Algorithms Tested for Potential Harm Against Citizens 1 year ago:
He’s only the president because the only other option we were given was worse.
Not if you ask the freaks in /r/neoliberal. They think he’s the best president ever and that his only problem is a bad PR team lmao

Yikes
- Comment on The End of LBRY Inc. 1 year ago:
I said “primarily”, you even included that in your quote. Mental Outlaw is in that subgroup of nonproblematic Linux enthusiasts.
Its actually a bigger problem that the app includes rumble, which is straight up just fascist YouTube.
- Comment on The End of LBRY Inc. 1 year ago:
Free speech isn’t a real thing. Every society throughout history has drawn the line somewhere, even ones that claim to have “free speech.” The US constitution had been in effect for less than a decade when the first laws restricting speech were passed. The only legitimate argument is about where the line should be, not if there should be a line at all. Even if you’re a “free speech” person, I assume you agree that csam shouldn’t be allowed, which means you do have a line.
- Comment on The End of LBRY Inc. 1 year ago:
Lbry inc was the company doing development, lbry is the name of their blockchain they developed, and odysee was a video hosting platform primarily for Nazis (and some nonproblamatic Linux enthusiasts) built on that blockchain.
- Comment on The End of LBRY Inc. 1 year ago:
It’s also filled to the brim with Nazis.
- Comment on Is it possible to make my data worthless? 1 year ago:
It’s impossible to make your data completely unattractive to purchase but using something like the adnauseum extension on your browser can make your data less useful when it has been purchased.
- Comment on Why aren't advertisers (Microsoft, Facebook, Google) held responsible for allowing scammy adverts? 1 year ago:
Completely selfishly I’m not too mad about the web integrity thing because I hate ads so much that if I were forced to see them I would use the Internet less which would probably be good.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 year ago:
Posts like this are almost always bad faith. A week or so ago, someone posted in asklemmy asking which sub was the worst community and said they had been banned from the hexbear urbanism community for disagreeing about trains but if you actually checked they got banned for calling all homeless people drug addicts.

Fr. I live literally 20 minutes from mountain peaks on a major US interstate that close during winter because of heavy snow and it was 112 today when I got in my car today.
- Comment on Steel type Pokémon should not take damage from hail 1 year ago:
I take it you’ve never had to file a car insurance claim after a hailstorm or forgotten to winterize a cabin.
- Comment on [HN] Desktop Linux has a Firefox problem 1 year ago:
What a genuinely terrible article using bad examples to back up dumb points.
- Comment on What's the Best Non-Alcoholic Alternative to an Ice Cold Beer at the End of the Day? 1 year ago:
As someone who used to have a pretty bad drinking problem, NA beers have gotten so good in the past few years. Heineken zeros are almost indistinguishable from normal ones and craft NAs have also gotten pretty good. Even though I’m not “fully sober” I mix in some non alcoholic beers if it’s going to be a long night to help pace myself.
- Comment on Rice Purity Test, my score is 67. How about yours? 1 year ago:
18% and I feel like I don’t really do any crazy shit. High spiritual purity as well.
- Comment on Where should I begin?… 1 year ago:
If you’re in Northern California, my car is fair game for one of those lol
- Comment on What's the deal with the Armenia / Azerbijan conflict? Is there a right side to take? 1 year ago:
Of course this is all a wild simplification but, Azerbaijan basically wants to take over all of Armenia and have a border with Turkiye. Armenia is “Pro-Russia” in that Russia is the only country offering to step in, and they desperately need the “peacekeeping” forces to keep Azerbaijan out. They kinda have to just go with it at this point if they want to continue to exist.

I always thought salt lamps looked cool and wanted one. I didn’t learn until very recently that people thought they cleanse energy or whatever lol
- Comment on Boycott In-N-Out. 1 year ago:
When I was in Arizona, I loved in-n-out. Now, in California, there are 3 places walking distance to me that wipe the floor with them.
