Might be a while longer than you’d expect thanks to storage prices. Few are gonna be willing to wait to redownload games. At least for Nintendo.

Wherever you were talking about when you said “here.”

Any idea what ohm value would be best?

Still have my LG Optimus on Android 2.x somewhere. With 512MB RAM I dunno what to do with it outside of a clock display, but I have it (and a spare battery).

There, there. It’s “hear, hear.”

That’s nice. Paramount ain’t getting a dime more of my money if I can help it.

It’s expensive to be a Trekie. At least the spoon rest could double as “Hand” for Halloween.

It honestly blows my mind that nobody noticed such blatant anomalies until now. Apparently the “study” authors weren’t the only ones looking to achieve a predetermined outcome. Bias confirmation is as helluva drug.

I vote for Will Pope in The Closer - I mean, he’s played by JK Simmons so he’d have to be a good one, right?

Last day it the month, and the aftereffects will be felt on Mayday.

Yeah, kinda figured that, but the writer of the article… not so much, apparently.

Actually found good detail on Ars.

I’d be tempted to have it switch voices for different purposes. Robert Picardo’s EMH for medicinal queries, Kate Mulgrew for “what should I do” queries, alternate between James Doohan & LeVar Burton for technical stuff, etc. Might throw in some Lower Decks characters for fun, too.

I’m assuming that — much like truck drivers — there are legal limitations on how long a pilot can be on duty at the controls without sleep, which is why I was asking. As such I’m surprised there were only two pilots as I was under the impression there should always be two on duty at all times, and I’d have thought there would be at least one other pair swapping out during such a long flight. I admit I know virtually nothing about aviation regulations, but surely I’m not that far off in my expectations, am I?

How many flight crews were there?

The ULR in its designation stands for “ultra long distance”,

Errmmm… R=D?

Minions laughing at the word "bottom".

I’d make it my profile icon if I were in there under this name, but it was my prior account which I lost when my instance recently closed down. So if I do it on this account, I’ll probably have to deal with “stolen valor” accusations.

*sigh* I was this close to greatness…

Those latter years will be discussed later.

The flute was probably modeled after male anatomy. After all, they are played in a similar fashion.

Meant if them are selfish assholes hoping to screw the rest of us over further. They’ve apparently never understood the moral of the “…there was nobody left to speak for me” bit.
