Ein RSS Beitrag ist kein Beitrag der über ActivityPub eingegangen ist, darum kann er über ActivityPub nicht kommentiert oder geboostet werden. Die Quote ist möglich weil damit ja ein neuer Beitrag erstellt wird, der das Zitat des ursprünglichen RSS Beitrags beinhaltet.

Ich denke eine email kann auch nicht geboostet werden.

@lassegismo with "unclaimed items" (stuff that is arriving via relay servers) I am deleting those after 1 day, but rest should be fine.

Do you have the rendertime addon on? How long is the time for the "Database" section?

The "mysql tuner" perl script / tool can give some hinds of what to enhance with the mysql settings. With mytop you can see if there are long running tasks on the DB (that should also be logged but at the moment I don't remember how to do that 😅). Which might help to identify the bottleneck.

@lassegismo not DB related, but I remembered that I had once performance issues when I had a unclean PHP setup with php8.0-fpm and php8.2-fpm (or something like that) running on my raspi and I was all the time optimizing the pool that was not in use for some reason.

How large is you DB in file size? It needs to be managed in RAM next to PHP and the other things running. I am kind of aggressive deleting uninteresting / unclaimed content on my node.

Ignorieren ... Du schiebst die Kontaktanfrage auf die Länge Bank, sie ist noch offen, du kannst sie dir wieder raus suchen aber siehst sie erstmal nicht mehr in der aktiven Liste.

Entfernen ... Du löscht die Anfrage. Sie ist weg.

Das ignorieren ist vor allem für Anfragen von Diaspora* nötig. Die kennen kein "nein" als Antwort auf die Folgen Aktivität (wobei das auf deren Seite auch ein Teilen mit... ist IIRC).
