I’m a little confused did I say the police protect women? I don’t think I did. Fuck the police.

For context “he” here is General Westmoreland.

100% but what you neglect to mention is the poorer world already has far higher mortality rates. This will only make it worse.

Hard to be in an environmental prepper group if you’re too disabled/chronically ill to leave your bed haha. I’ve just accepted if shit really hits the fan I’m dying.
- Comment on don't worry, be happy 2 weeks ago:
Yeah I would still be ill but it would be “oh that sucks and I can afford it” not “my survival is constantly on the line”.

Tries to wish lifelong chronic illness away

No issues, on geological timescales sure. I’m sure there were issues on human timescales though.

Always the poor, disabled, marginalised, chronically ill, non first world, will be hit the hardest and die at the highest rates.

It’s not anti-intellectual to hold medical professionals to standards.
It’s well known that PPIs are overprescribed and many people end up having undiagnosed H. Pylori infections for a while before it’s picked up.

Because back then it was medical canon they were psychological/caused by anxiety.

One day we’ll learn to structure laws so that fertilised monoculture isn’t the only economically viable form of agriculture.

Depends your income. Poor cells are forced to live next to the power plant 😔.
- Comment on YSK: Denazification in West Germany was lenient and ultimately abandoned, with many Nazis remaining in positions of power. 2 weeks ago:
The vast majority of the doctors and psychiatrists who participated in and pioneered the nazi genocide of disabled people continued to practice medicine and hold major academic positions of power for decades.

Few minutes? Nah it’s a proper wound. It’s fine after a couple days in 99% of cases. But you’re underselling it.

Only watch if you don’t mind watching terrible things happen lol. (I mean people should know that given it’s black mirror but just in case).

Mexico is a settler colonial state created by Spanish genociders.
The Mexican ruling class is still largely of european descent. It’s well established that lighter skin correlates with status in Mexico.
- Comment on thx for the diabeetus 4 weeks ago:
Mexico didn’t exist back then. Europeans hadn’t conquered and genocided and created states in the Americas.
This was native (indigenous) americans. Nearly 10’000 years before the word Mexico was first uttered.
