We in spanish speaking countries use the translated word precarización pretty abundantly in politic debate, which, in a way, it may or may not reflect the state of our socioeconomic reality.

It totally looks more like a simplified vector trace of the original image, vectors are infinitely scalable until you export to pixels.
- Comment on Avocado. Is it really so untasty or I am doing something wrong? 5 days ago:
I forgot to add.
Treat it more like a vegetable than a fruit. Put it in a sandwich with some ham and tomatoes, eat it with some meat and potatoes, etc.
- Comment on Avocado. Is it really so untasty or I am doing something wrong? 5 days ago:
No idea what country are you from but it might be that the avocados you get there are just not that good. I’m from Chile (South America) and here some eat avocados almost daily, my family sure does.
To be clear, the avocado should be soft when you squeeze it, but not too much as to be easily smashed, like an orange but maybe softer. If it’s firm like an apple, it’s not ripe yet. If it’s too soft, it may have gone wrong already and will have an acid taste and rancid smell.
Another thing to look for is the little hole / part where the branch connects to the avocado (left part on the image). It sometimes falls off, so if it looks white, the avocado may have started to rot from there inwards; that whole should ideally look brownish, green it’s good too.
Just cut it in half, take the seed off (just use this tip, hit the seed with a sharped knife and twist it, otherwise you may have an avocado hand incident). Take it off the skin with a spoon and smash it with a fork, then imply add salt.

It previously said “by” Codeberg, so the author either catched the error or read someone else pointing out the mistake.

Personally I would days away from any chromium-based browser, if only on principle.
Zen is great and keeps getting better, if anyone tried it some time ago and had stability problems, chances are your experience would be much better now.

I meant it barely touched the surface there when there’s plenty of alternatives, not mentioning it just mixes xitter with facebook, instead of mentioning alternatives for each “category” (ie: instagram / pixelfed, x / mastodon, facebook / friendica, etc.). If you read the articles it seems that there’s almost no choice here.
- Comment on Leave big tech behind! How to replace Amazon, Google, X, Meta, Apple – and more 2 weeks ago:
Yeah, that was my main criticism of the article, it completely omitted social media.
Also, the author mentions Codeberg as the “developer” of Librewolf, so it seems is not the most tech savvy around.

- Comment on ai;dr | (ai; didn't read) 3 weeks ago:
As someone else, somewhere else, said, people seem to be ok with AI making the work they don’t actually know, but can easily pinpoint where AI has its limitations and routinely make mistakes when it’s the fields they’re actually knowledgable about.
So the problem is people champion the use of AI where they’re not directly affected because they look at other people’s work as less valuable, more easily replaceable, but theirs is suddenly too complex for AI to get it right.
