  Seems to be working out well for the dictatorship so far.

  My prediction, and I say this owning a few firearms myself, is that it will only make the bloody times bloodier. Our insane levels of gun ownership will not change the regime, and it largely won’t protect the vulnerable. It’s not protecting the vulnerable right now.

  IMO just having your personal device on you in the presence of a protest puts you in danger. They have ample tools to track cellular devices that basically cannot be guarded against without disabling the function altogether, such as with a Faraday bag. They will catch and log that you were at a protest, and use that against you later.

  MOVE was not a haha social club or nonprofit, it was basically a revolutionary cell that routinely ran afoul of the law, including killing a cop and wounding over a dozen firefighters and cops in an armed standoff. The bombing was and is indefensible, but they should not be painted as harmless victims.

  From what I heard the mother of this student is a known conservative influencer/frivolous litigant. It is very likely that she was put up to this so that it could be made into a national story, the school could be sued, and they could get rid of a trans professor to boot.

  Critical analysis of their own dogma isn’t something the religious do. Their scripture is literally god’s word, everyone who believes otherwise is either a heretic or an outright pagan, that’s all the insight required in their worldview.

  He can, with good reason. People filming them with their phones and taunting them with shrill voices are not threatening his safety. Only a couple people out of over 300 million have truly threatened their safety, and they were completely impotent and were immediately killed for doing so.

  Right on its face, is it even legal to collect head shots of minors? I know US privacy laws are a joke but there’s usually some carve outs that protect minors.

  Yeah he’s the president, but we shouldn’t be writing articles on every stupid ass thing he says, only the stupid ass things he does as far as policy goes.   They had to begrudgingly push out the New Deal because they knew that a violent socialist revolution where the owners get strung up from their own chandeliers was the probable alternative.

  Now they probably think modern security and propaganda will prevent all that, or they’re just ignorant, shortsighted, and greedy, and they haven’t really considered the consequences.
