Tbh, the most compelling idea of why animals play that ive heard is just as a way to keep the body limber and ready. Its like free form yoga and calisthenics combined if youre playing hard

If true, thats a bit of a relief. I had a huge crush on him back then

Didnt he go on to groom young girls though? I remember he plead guilty to it like 5ish years ago. Not saying his experience was nullified by this but i think the greater context is important too.

Vyvanse almost killed me. Well, i almlst killed me, but vyvanse was the main factor for me feeling like a cracked out robot that couldnt eat, sleep, or talk to people. Only work.

I like the gimmick of clipping them onto random objects and using that as a mic tbh

Tgey alzo just signed a defence contract with palantir… So… Bunch of bullshit if you ask me
- Comment on The 2025 Ig Nobel Prize Winners 2 weeks ago:
It should. It is in the midst of an intentional starvation campaign where they restrict the calories allowed into Gaza. They are trying to figure out how far they can take it. The fact they got a noble prize for this shit is abhorrant. Like giving nazis a prize for figuring out what gas will kill jews the least painfully.

Every time im reminded that my bones cross when i turn my hand, i can feel it and get very uncomfortable for like 10 min until i forget again

Im not doing nothing. Im laughing at them and enjoying myself quite a bit actually. Id be happy to teach them to degoogle and stuff when they make that decision, but it is not my job to convince them to do so. Its yours apparently
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Or maybe its your job to educate the masses! Go forth, noble knight. Spend your days shouting into the ignorant void
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Then they will keep buying crap. Most people dont care and never will and i will continue to get shadenfreude from their ignorance when their overpriced garbage breaks. Nothing people like us can say will convince them. People like that have to learn their own lessons.
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Probably right. It is samsung after all. They would rather you have e-waste than not be abke to serve you ads and steal your data.
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Samsung is pretty known to be a shit ass company. You can spend your money how you like, but dont be surprised when someone laughs at you for buying shitty overpriced stuff
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Smart fridges arent helpful either. Its gimmicky bs from tech giants. The same tech giants that inject ads into everything they can for past 20 years. Genuinely, what did you people expect??
Im not trying to be helpful or productive. Obviously. Im making fun of people for buying dumb shit.
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Even so, most expiration dates are a scam. Why would smart expiration dates be any bettet
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Probably just break the smart features remotely
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 weeks ago:
Lmao that’s what you get for buying a smart fridge. This was inevitable.
- Comment on 2 weeks ago:
Thats awful, im so sorry. Our entire house is usually $200ish but it jumped to $400ish because they put in a data center nearby and are using residents to subsidize it

- Comment on Spotify will now let free users pick and play tracks | TechCrunch 2 weeks ago:
I like tidal a lot. They pay their artists the highest percentage last i checked, and they have sound quality as their main selling point. The station algorithm is a little bunk though.
I am slowly rebuilding my mp3 library after switching to streaming 15 years ago when it was the hot new thing. Hopefully i can ditch them all together soon.
