I had a virtualized PFsense box for a while doing my inherent. Was actually pretty solid even when having to wrangle the quirks having a virtualized firewall/router caused.

Ansible and terraform can bath do with you want though for a single server I’d consider them both to be a somewhat overkill. But then again homelabbing often is about overkill.

They fought at the siege of Terra and went nuts after their primarch died, the curse haunts them forever more.

Yeah amphetamines are great fun. I’d reccomend going raving on them rather than being a very high energy Nazi on them though.

It does make October 1582 an amusingly broken month on the calendars.

I’d strongly recommend reverse proxy, some sort of security like crowd sec or fail2ban and sperate auth (authelia, aithentik) in front of anything you’re opening to the internet. Just opening services directly up to the internet is choice I’d politely describe as brave.
