Saw it recommended on reddit before and got one recently, kind of trickier to use than I though you have to wait for the bites to get more visible and make sure you get the burner pad on.
It doesn’t actually like burn your flesh but it does hurt pretty good

Oh I didnt realize that about the speed. A lot of people recommended them while looking up cutting extrusion as long as you get a blade for it
