I know right it reminds me of my happy past.

Yep, I meant the white rectangle that is why I said untranslated.

I am talking about the untranslated text bubble, not the name.

I did more research it appears the latin dub producer Daniel Lacy asked the Japanese producers for permission to change it. I can’t find the original tweet it appears to have been deleted, unfortunately these are the only sources I could find:

I believe this is a reply to the original tweet and you can see the producer in the replays: x.com/SoyCzyha/status/2095691887579418644

So it does apear that Amazon deleted it and that the Dub producer changed it on purpose

I was the one who posted the original post, there was a development a few days ago. Originally all but the latin dub had the made up names, but a few days ago the latin dub was changed from the real names to the made up names. I suspect that the production company changed the dub without Amazon knowing, since it went viral Amazon realized that the dub had real country names and chnaged it.

I don’t know which company is responsible for the latin subs and dubs, but this is from Amazon.

To be fair they did hint who they are in the name Ghorantl or Golantoru: Israel (Golan Heights), toru means to take. Meaning take Golan Heights.

I would call the creator a dumb right wing, he might have changed the names, but it is obvious what they refer to:

Ghorantl / “Golantoru”: Israel (Golan Heights), toru means to take. Meaning take Golan Heights.

Mesamia: Syria (Mesopotamia)

Volgarena: The USSR / Russia (Volga River)
