Pretty cool episode. I thought the dialog was a bit drawn out at times, the 2 main characters are a little over the top lol.

This episode was ok. It’s always fun to see Saitama. Tatsumaki won easier than expected lol.

I never said “every” or “none” on either side.

The majority of AAA/high end games run at lower internal resolutions and/or frame rates on PS5/XSX. Otherwise PSSR would not have been a hyped marketing feature, they’d just run games at native 4k on PS5 Pro, but no, it needs PSSR.
- Comment on Nvidia GeForce Now’s Time Limit Will Stop Gamers After 100 Hours Each Month 1 week ago:
The deck is weak yeah, much weaker, so there’s no need to embellish. PS5 runs plenty of games even below 1080p/60fps. Output is rarely the same as the actual rendering resolution.

What console does 4k/240hz?? Even PS5 Pro can’t do 4k/60fps in most games, Digital Foundry does pixel counting and frame rate tests
- Comment on What is the cheapest console to get and collect for that still holds up? 1 week ago:
All the emulation boxes with included games that I’ve seen have been terrible with inaccurate audio, bad controllers, frame drops
I think you’re better off getting a cheap mini PC and putting Batocera on it
- Comment on Looking for 3D Platformer recommendations on sale on Steam 2 weeks ago:
I haven’t played all these but they look cool, maybe worth checking out: Pumpkin Jack, Spark the Electric Jester 3, and Sonic Robo Blast 2 (it’s free, not on Steam)
- Comment on Steam Replay is live and notes only 14% "of playtime spent by all Steam users" was for 2025 releases 2 weeks ago:
So last year was 15%? That’s 1 percentage point, but you could also say it’s down 6.7%, although we don’t have precise numbers to work with

IDK, I feel like I usually get more replies here than on Reddit
- Comment on 3 weeks ago:
This is an interesting idea, or maybe we just need people to be more willing to comment in old posts. Reddit is actively hostile to old posts, but they should work fine in Lemmy/PieFed since we have sort options like Active and New Comments. On old forums people used to continue talking in old posts forever, we could do that here no problem, the software supports it.

I think this could also be improved with a better search page, which shows how active the communities are in the search results so you don’t have to click through them all, I think v1.0 is getting that

Yeah idk why they would use SteamOS to test a dGPU, just use a different distro

It was easy to enable this in Ubuntu btw, guessing pretty much any mutable distro will be the same (I’ll copy the command from my history when I get back to my computer)
