- Comment on "Most people" at Bethesda wanted to make Elder Scrolls 6 before Starfield, claims Skyrim co-lead, but Todd Howard dragged them aboard his rocketship 3 days ago:
Starfield was in dev for 8 years. If they can’t pull it off in 8 years, they aren’t going to pull it off. Witcher 3 was done in 3.5 years. Skyrim was about 6 years. Crimson Desert was around 7 years. These games are all vastly more rich than Starfield, and I think Todd has lost the plot. Games need time, but they can also become a narrow, over baked turd. I worry for Bethesda’s future.
- Comment on GTA 6 footage once again appears to leak online, this time because of a group that wants games like The Crew to have offline modes and the end of digital preorders 3 weeks ago:
Oh no! Leaked footage! It must have been those stop killing games folks. Rock Paper Shotgun has gone to crap. “I’m not going to do or say anything to link anything. I’m just going to mouthpiece of big daddy R*” gaming journalism is a joke.
The reality is it was most likely a disgruntled R* employee, and no one wants to talk about the union elephant in the room.
