Sure, but since orgaanised religions can’t help to force others to live by their standards, they need to get out of the way. I’m fine with people needing a comfort measure, even if its in the form of an invisibile friend. Whatever helps people sleep at night. However, when they try to force their ideals down everybody elses throat thats a big no.
So, since they can’t ‘live and let live’ they need to go the way of the dodo, fuck off, and leave the rest of society alone.

True, but the idiom is that there is no such thing as a stupid question. You know, to make people feel comfortable about asking questions. Theres also a saying that a fool is better off remaining silent and thought as such, rather than to open his mouth and remove all doubt.
Other than that, there is no idiom, quote, parable, prophecy, or ingrained saying about there not being a stupid answer.

So to ensure that a company is more likely to be customer focused, rather than shareholder focused, it’s likely a good idea to only go for companies not listed on the american stock exchanges?

Do have a pi but havent bothered setting that up to be the media server yet. at the moment have a ps4 for playback on the tv and jellyfin running on the pc with the *arr stack for gathering. Im glad I changed over to jellyfin a couple months ago moving away from plex, since plex doesn’t work if PSN is down. Plex used to be decent, like 10+ years ago, jellyfin is exactly the same except theres no native app for the PS4 so I have to use the web browser but thats fine. Also have tailscale configured so I can easily reach the media server when im out and about.

Why you blaming the OS for manufacturers issues. There are still phones out there with microSD and 3.5mm. Probably also some with decent transfer stuff. Funnily enough, even if another OS took over, it won’t necessarily bring back all the features you want, since they are hardware based. And OS is software.

The article doesn’t mention superannuation, I wonder whether that’s also covered?
5th line down.
But it will have to prove that the employer intentionally avoided paying a worker appropriate wages and penalties, superannuation or other entitlements.
