- This indeed sucks if you came just for loot but it leads to different experiences, once you realize there is no loot you can PvP, PvE or simply exfil and try again, that’s the beauty of extraction shooters
- Agree, they need to fix pops spawn
- Kinda agree, can’t say exfil camping is a big issue. The only badly designed exit is metro in the city
- Seeds is something you get for each round from Scrappy regardless of win/loose so that you can buy basic crafting materials from Celest regardless of how good/luck you are
- Movement is not perfect but better than in any other extraction shooters I played. Stones are always problem, only Battlefield have them better. But overall it’s ok.
- No it’s not. I had few disconnects and was able to rejoin the match with 0 loss
Lights or rather lack of them is bigger issue for me. Rats sitting in dark corners with shotguns is almost always death sentence. I understand the realism but I can’t see shit in buildings. That’s why I stopped playing Buried City.
I wish it was 1st person shooter.
I think devs realized that they can’t pull off a good story with PvE so they added PvP. Someone didn’t get what they expected, others (like me) got what they wanted.

Okay but how is this ego boost if everyone knows it’s just greasing.
I mean, imagine you lost competition and started crying about it like a baby. Now someone comes in and gives you a medal from plastic for “doing great job” just to make you behave. Wouldn’t you look pathetic and not offensive to you?

I’m having a hard time identifying which one of them is more dumb. The first dumbass which thinks somebody cares what football CEO has to say in peace prize nomination, the second dumbass which thinks football CEO’s peace prize is legit or fist the dumbass which thinks that second dumbass is dumb enough to believe that it’s legit.
I’ll should ask my pals to inaugurate me as humanity’s most seductive eyebrows holder of the history. They should establish international community of holy drunks of the John Paul the 2nd street, though.

If it’s blocked then why there are so many wankers. Sorry, couldn’t resist.
On the serious note, isn’t age of consent is 16 in UK?

I recently started setting up home server on Raspberry Pi 5. Having issues with raid1. I have 2 nvme PCIe gen 4 SSDs. There was power outages while writing. Now second disk keeps randomly falling. Though, I’m not sure if that’s the reason because I don’t know what was raid status before outage, also disk passes checks. First time it degraded, it tried to recover and it failed. I removed that disk from raid, recreated partition run some test using nvme-cli. Disk looked healthy. I re-added disk, rebuild started and completed successfully. Then I’ve written around 500Gbs of data and it degraded again. At that point I took a break.
There are two things I’m yet to try:
- Change configs to use gen 2 PCI, currently it’s set to gen 3, but AFAIK pi 5 does not support gen 3 officially.
- Remove, format and write data to problematic disk directly. I hope this will give me an idea is this hardware issue or software issue
I’m frustrated and will appreciate any hints.

My understanding Quantum field theory says virtual particles can be created out of vacuum fluctuations, which makes me think there will be more energy after expansion. Again, I might be getting it wrong.

Does it mean space being created out of nothing between things? I’m not good at it but wouldn’t that violate conservation of energy?

For non-Australian, can you explain me why it’s not economic option for Australia? Many other countries such as Korea, Pakistan and China seems to be happy with building nuclear. What’s special about Australia?
- Comment on Is there any hope for Ukraine to survive as an independent state now that trump is desperately wishing for a peace treaty with Russia, even bypassing Ukraine? 10 months ago:
My opinion is Ukraine and EU can kick Russia’s ass as long as they ramp up military production. Ukraine’s army tech went from 20+ years old soviet Kalashnikov stockpiles leftovers to domestically produced drones which dominate battlefield. They can and will increase production. The real question is US reckless enough to ease sanctions on Russia or worse start selling military/dual purpose goods. While Ukraine can withstand demoralized and economically crippled Russia. Ukraine will definitely lose if things get somewhat better for Russian economy and politics. What is more scary is what will happen with US-EU relationships. That would literally be US-EU proxy war.
- Comment on Whenever I see someone walking around in clothes with big, visible branding, I can’t help but think they paid a fortune to wear an advertisement. 1 year ago:
See no problem as long as person genuinely likes branding, not because “flex”. For example i have Adidas Original hoodie and I like it has huge logo coz it’s iconic design of hoodie from golden era of hip-hip and break dance. I would never wear same from other brand or even “three stripes” logo from the same brand.
