- Comment on Moderators banning/censoring people arent oppressors violating your rights; they are customer service representatives curating the space for their intended costomers. All this to say, I see Karen. 3 weeks ago:
Well, this is how they should operate…
But these volunteers also require that you understand they are human beings too.* and, like all humans, they sometimes make mistakes.
Please be patient, especially during busy times of the year.

I’m not sure if the switch from theofascism to just plain fascism is really all that ironic. It’s common for addicts to trade one addiction for another.

Knowing Altoona, it’s also probably his brother and father-in-law at the same time.
- Comment on Man questioned in case of murdered health exec 1 month ago:
If they caught the guy, they would just say so. All of this “persons of interest“ bullshit is just to give the pretense that they’re actually making progress when they obviously are not I doubt they’ll ever catch the guy.

It doesn’t make sense because it’s bullshit

Considering the absurd amount of guns in this country, and how meticulously the perpetrator planned his crime, it is exceedingly likely that the person in custody is not the perpetrator, and that the perpetrator very intelligently read himself of the weapon long before now.
- Comment on NATO plans to deploy sea drones to monitor and protect undersea cables — Admiral expects drone fleet patrols to begin from June 2025 1 month ago:
When the land of undersea Internet transit cables begin in the 90s, it must’ve occurred to somebody that these were vulnerabilities that would only become more vulnerabilities of our time as we begin to rely more and more on them.
Frankly, I am rather surprised it took so long for anyone to either use them as a weapon or for anyone to actively begin guarding them. But, clearly, that is a yell at me we now live in.

I’m not sure which I find more disturbing: this practice, or that you know so much about it to be able to comment on a differentiation of trends over several years.
- Comment on Senators Say TSA’s Facial Recognition Program Is Out of Control | You can opt out of facial recognition at airports, for now, but the TSA wants to make the invasive technology a requirement 1 month ago:
Frankly, I think the worst part is that TSA agents are far more likely to steal things out of your luggage than any random person on the street. It’s a real problem.

When I attended a conference at the UN, there was but a tiny fraction of the amount of security required to enter then is required to go through an airport. Yet, I still felt more safe at the UN.

More than one thing can be possible. Your flaw is that you have no imagination. You seem to think that two products existing on two separate stores is somehow magical and amazing.
It isn’t, and neither are you.
