  this just merely confirms what everyone knew all along, that the supposedly “not racist” anti-immigration policies are in fact blatantly racist since the Trump admin have made an exception in this anti-immigrant rhetoric for white Afrikanners based on nothing more than a crackpot conspiracy theory.

  There are many valid reasons outside of a sitewide protest for a subreddit to go from public to private, so Reddit doing this is a scummy move on more than just one level. Just one more reason why free alternatives like lemmy are superior.
