I’m glad he’s finally applying for jobs he’s qualified for. I wish him well in his new career.

Being able to use TikTok on your phone doesn’t make you tach savvy. They don’t know anything about how it all works. It’s a false dichotomy.
- Comment on Sonos lays off 100 employees as its app crisis continues 2 months ago:
I sold off my 4 Play:1s just after the initial app release, seeing the writing on the wall. Looks like it is time to sell off my newer Sonos speakers and invest in an alternative.

In live in DC and I wish we had a well functioning taxi system here. The airport is about the only place you can reliably get one. If I want to get picked up at home their is no one number to call since every taxi is independent and the Curb app is worth shit. When I do get a cub from the airport the experience is on par with Lyft and usually cheaper.

- Comment on What horror films would be the Easiest to survive and which would be the hardest ones to survive? 7 months ago:
I think that “It Follows” would be one of the easier ones to survive, all you have to do is put enough sex partners between you and it. Also, it seems to walk everywhere so moving coast to coast or out of country would help, if it gets too close.
As terrible as the movie is I think it would be near impossible to survive is “The Happening”. All of humanity would need to move to places inhospitable to support plant life and not be able to grow crops of any kind.

Maybe because I live in DC it is more in your face here, but the politico part of this town has been sucking Israel’s cock for decades.
It has come as a real surprise to me that most of the country didn’t seem to know that until this Gaza war.

- Comment on Children to stop getting puberty blockers at gender identity clinics, says NHS England 8 months ago:
I am not a doctor so I don’t know, but who will be uld need puberty blockers after age 18? I thought they were used to keep immobile, mentally challenged and nonverbal children small so parents could take care of them more easily as they age.
