Sounds like your hospital is behind the times then. Mine has already been rolling out the tech and holding seminars on how folks don’t need to worry about losing their job. And, I suppose as an EMR analyst you’re fully aware that Epic is working on a natural language interface for querying SlicerDicer so even data analysts will have to go pound sand soon (not saying that’s good btw).

Image recognition AIs are already paying off, specifically in the medical technology industry. 90% of radiologists are gonna be out of a job within 5 years (just my personal bro take).

Since it’s the spooky season, I’ve been skipping around my backlog to focus on spooky games.
Co-op: Still on Left 4 Dead with my gaming buddy, just got the last campaign (The Sacrifice) left. Then it’s on to L4D1 multiplayer and L4D2 campaign. Although I’ve beaten the campaign for both games already, there are a lot of achievements I haven’t unlocked yet and it’s co-op which makes it easy to play with my gaming buds.
VR: Just started Resident Evil Village. Haven’t met Lady D yet, but the prospect is making me seriously consider saving up for a PCVR system for next gen for the mod support.
Fighting: Beat Mortal Kombat 2 a couple days ago–right after complaining about how Kintaro is a real asshole lol. My heart was pounding and hands were shaking so hard from the adrenaline I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to input my moves correctly. I was originally going to start the Fatal Fury series but I’ve decided to take a spookly detour from my backlog’s order and start the Darkstalkers series, starting with the first one.

Left 4 Dead 1&2 for the spooky season. Lots of achievements I haven’t unlocked yet still.
Mortal Kombat 2 for my newly reawakened interest in fighting games. (I beat the first Mortal Kombat a couple weeks ago before I joined lemmy). Kintaro is a real asshole goddamn.
