I am going through LE on Linux right now with my wife. I installed the ME3Tweaks Mod Manager using WINE and then installed mods through it designating my LE1, LE2, and LE3 directories in the Steam installation.

I have only installed the ME2 QoL mod of 1 probe getting all resources for a planet (after my wife experienced the tedium of probing planets for resources) so we could get back to playing. That mod has worked flawlessly so I would assume mods being installed through that Mod Manager are potentially just as stable.

The fact that 5 kids knew well enough about the OP’s vegan status to use them as an example meant that the person probably never shut up about it.
