Nah, as a small breast kind of man I get the best of both worlds. And the men I’ve met and talked with about this who think bigger boobs are better have a big overlap with thinking bigger is better when it comes to cars, houses, wallets etc. too. In general fragile masculinity, they use big things to make themselves feel like their view of manly men. Definitely not saying this is only the case, and also not kink shaming, it’s just been a thing that’s been proven many times.

Absolutely loved that movie when I was a kid.
And I just now realised that when I was around 15 a girl invited me to her place while her parents were away. We watched this movie and she put her legs over me, then leaned her head on my shoulder and held my arm and I just sat there fully focused on the movie and feeling awkward about physical contact… God damn it. - Comment on Such a dreamy guy 5 days ago:

I’ve almost never felt this, same with other comments here saying people can’t handle self checkout. Here in Sweden, at least in my city, people behave like you’d expect normal functional adults to behave. The only people who can be an annoyance are groups of kids/teenagers, and it’s very much not all of them either.

This is crazy, I just woke up and I remembered I drunkenly installed a game yesterday but couldn’t for the life of me remember what the game was. I opened my lemmy app and see this close to the top and remembered it was dying light: the beast. I finished the second one a couple of months ago and wanted to take a small break before diving into the new one, while also letting some more patches be released.
I’m currently playing Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 too but I’m unsure if it’s for me. I see why it’s so loved but I’m not at all good with tight timing stuff and I feel the exploration is a bit lackluster.

“Being afraid of what you don’t understand is completely reasonable”
No it isn’t… It’s common, but not reasonable, and it’s a big factor in so much bad about humanity. We need to teach people to specifically NOT be afraid of stuff they don’t understand and instead learn more about that those things, and to never have strong opinions (which includes fear) about things they know nothing or little about.

The original is better because no higher resolution version actually looks like the original. It’s so weird, it’s not hars at all to make a higher res one that’s almost identical to the original yet all the ones I’ve seen just look like shit. I’m gonna take some time tomorrow and make a high resolution version with the details correct.
- Comment on Some people prefer corn for some ungodly reason 4 weeks ago:
Congratulations, I think you might have a truly original experience. Never seen a kid that doesn’t like onions in any way, so they don’t need to be forced to eat them. And why would you force that in the first place? They aren’t the kind of vegetable that you need to eat, they’re there for flavor. I’m certain there’s some deeper issue here, you might want to figure that out.

There are two things that the Internet has taught me: the incredible creativity people have about absolutely everything and the unimaginable levels of stupidity that people have about absolutely everything. Sometimes one of those things only exist because of the other, and that’s hard to process.
- Comment on You could throw a dart blindfolded in 1998 and hit a new legendary game every time. 4 weeks ago:
Most of these are above mid but not at all “legendary”. The series they are part of are legendary, but the specific games are not at all the high point and reason for that. There are definitely some timeless masterpieces there, but not enough to make it some singular year that has never been surpassed or equalled.

- Comment on Judging by how many users on the internet telling Americans to "just move to another country lolz", people must think immigration laws are very lax or something... (it's not) 5 weeks ago:
Is it really that common? I’ve seen people say that a few times but I actually expected more. Like, one or several comments saying it in every comment thread about anyone showing disagreement with everything going on. But it’s been a rare show of intelligence and basic comprehension among all the places it easily could have been said.

I’ve had this weird thing lately where something keeps being mentioned or random things remind you of something and it’s been boxxy. It started with me watching black sails for the first time some weeks ago and thinking one of the characters looks familiar, which I then realised was boxxy (not that she is boxxy, but that’s who she reminds me of) then it just went as it always does; mentions of boxxy in the most random places, that actress appearing in stuff I’m watching and me thinking “that looks so much like boxxy” before realising it’s the same actress (who isn’t boxxy). It’s always a fun journey when this happens, and it’s the most random thing that it’s about too.
And now that I’m thinking about it, I don’t think I’ve ever watched an actual boxxy video, not back then or ever since. Just mentions, images and gifs on forums etc.
