This is one thing that Baltro has hands above StS. Each character really only has a few builds that can really skyrocket, but trying to build them can make it very annoying if things don’t go the way you need and it very hard to pivot to another type of build. Where as Baltro makes it pretty easy to pivot to another type of build if you suddenly get a great joker.

Yeah and it’s amazing that they took this crazy idea from a kids cartoon and made it work!

Yeah it too hard a problem. Like what about fusion places? I guess if we’re talking about only being able to eat in one region I guess we have to admit NYC is OP with so many different immigrants from around the world you’ll be able to find anything there.
- Comment on Dinner is ready! 1 week ago:
But that takes out all the chalange because all the regions have major cities and therefore all sorts of restaurants. I mean you can get good Chinese food in Buenos Aires I know and most other regional cuisines. I mean then New York City is op and everyone else is second place.
- Comment on Dinner is ready! 2 weeks ago:
Yeah but the real cuisine from Australia is grubs, roo meat and berries.

- Comment on Why the cost of living crisis will not get better 5 weeks ago:
Just to tag on to your point higher wages help to GDP and the economy as well by increasing consumption. If the top 1% are getting more money they tend to invest it in lower growth investments (safe investments and high end goods) decreasing the amount of money cycling through the economy. Where as lower incomes spend the increase wages on more goods and services from other people which puts the money back in to movement and increases the number of time the money cycles through the economy.

The first question is what kind of time am I in? Is it a ‘We are all going to die and I need to fix it’ or a ‘I need to grow as a person to get out’. If it’s the first one then I need to figure out when Donald Trump and Jeffery Epstein are both going to be one of his flights to Epstein’s island and find a way to blow up the plane. If it’s the second one I guess do the same thing as that’s got to be good karma.

- Comment on What's a good HTPC OS and software? 4 months ago:
Ok here’s what I do … but be aware that I’ve had this same set for about 10 years so I’m sure everyone will bag on it but it works. On my main HTPC (the living room 60" screen) I have run Ubuntu as the background OS and auto open Kodi with the Confluence skin. I’ve added a few add on’s for streaming and an add on that spans a Steam instance in Big Picture for my steam games and an add on for Lutris for other games. Lutris takes a bit of fiddling with to get it to run your games (a lot of set up scripts and downloading runners for emulators, but nothing to bad). I added a MCE remote and a IR receiver to move around in Kodi and attached a couple of Xbox Bluetooth controllers for gaming. I boosted my set up by moving my Kodi database on to my server with mySQL so that the librelec’s running in the bedrooms all share the same database but that’s a fancy touch that took a hour or so of set up that you don’t need to do.

Ah yeah. I gave up on jellyfin pretty quickly as I do everything on my local network and jelly isn’t for that I guess.
- Comment on Alternatives to Roku/AppleTV for Jellyfin Client 5 months ago:
I’m kinda of lost with this. I run 3 librelec units on RaspberryPis velcroed to the back of TVs in my house and once I set them up they run easy as. I set them by setting what my network are ( I’m a bit of a data hoarder so I’ve got each tv series in their own folders and each movie and their filled in its own folders) and then hitting scan. Is it because of Jellyfin that you’re having problems? I tried setting it up but gave up when I realised I’d have to let it be a server and frankly I don’t trust my in-laws not to fuck up and post all my details on their Facebook to show off their new personalise steaming services.

I just finished up Spirtfarer. A sweet gentle game, that really hits the feels. To quote Yahtzee “full of light and wonder and melancholy humor, which does rather juxtapose against the underlying knowledge that our job is essentially to take our passengers one by one into the woods and ice them in the back of the head”
