- Comment on The reason we don’t see exploding battery attacks more often is not because it’s technically hard, it’s because the erosion of public trust in everyday things isn’t worth it. 2 months ago:
Are you able to say anything but that?

I love my bmw plug in hybrid. I don’t see myself ever paying for a subscription though. Maybe if it comes with pizza, but even then it’s unlikely.

- Comment on 3D Scanning advice for noob 2 months ago:
I built one probably over 10 years ago now. Worked well enough to scan and print my head, but I had a lot of stitching to do on the file. Was still pretty blown away though. I can’t seem to find a photo of it right now, but I’ll post it if I dig it up later.
Doubt it would be super accurate for small things though.

I would absolutely hate this. Screws that function opposite of how you expect 99% of screws to work wouldn’t make it more intuitive for me.

lol, I took that as you going to the aquarium to grab an eel and let us know its strength instead of relaying a fact that you learned there.

It would be the perfect remote if it didn’t have that damned Netflix button that I always accidentally press. I bought an app to disable it on the shield pro in my family room, but it won’t work on the newer cylindrical shield in my bedroom for some reason.
