- Comment on Survey shows most people wouldn't pay extra for AI-enhanced hardware | 84% of people said no 3 months ago:
Most people won’t pay for it because a lot of AI stuff is done cloud side. Even stuff that could be done locally is done in the cloud a lot. If that wasn’t possible, probably more people would wand the hardware. It makes more sense for corporations to invest in hardware.

So what your saying is they should be paid less because their currency is trash? That’s a logical fallacy.

That is naive. I hope you don’t have any employees

I really don’t care how much buying power they have over there. A fair days work here in the US should be paid in turn.

shouldn’t the federal minimum wage apply to everyone who is doing work in the US? This seems like fraud

I have premium now and use revanced. I can stand the create button in the middle of the screen. I have no desire to make shitty videos for their platform. I would use the default app if I could just customize what buttons are on screen so I don’t accidentally press one. That seems like a great accessibility feature, but I guess they don’t care about some people.

Is there a way to expand an image post so I don’t have to click the link? On the current UI, I can click the little button on the top right of an image and it will expand. Honestly I wish that button was bigger too, or maybe in a different spot
- Comment on A good deal of IT work, too 11 months ago:
Im full time IT, a huge chunk of my job was learned through google. My current position looked incredibly different before we had phones and could research everything on the fly. I feel bad for tech’s who didn’t have access to research tools like we do now.
