Shadow of Memories is such a good game. That’s all I had to say.

Accurate softwareemulatoras try to replicate the hardware as well. Near wrote a blog post about it back in the day. Here’s an archived copy of said post.

Using FPGA is emulation, Analogue needs to stop spreading that lie.

And yet, they always refused to put it in writing in the EULA. Wonder why.
- Comment on There is no fix for Intel’s crashing 13th and 14th Gen CPUs — any damage is permanent 3 months ago:
I’d say that regardless of the brand, X86 CPU don’t need to be upgraded as often as they used to. No awesome new extension like SSE or something like that, not much more powerful, power consumption not going down significantly. If you don’t care about power consumption, the server CPU will be more interesting, there’s no doubt about that.

rarely have been surpassed by much for long.
I’ve been on team AMD for over 20 years now but that’s not true. The CoreDuo and the first couple of I CPUS were better than what AMD was offering and were for a decade. The Athlon were much better than the Pentium 3 and P4, the Ryzen are better than the current I series but the Phenom weren’t. Don’t get me wrong, I like my Phenom II X4 but it objectively wasn’t as good as Intel’s offerings back in the day.

I’m neither a child nor defending tiktok but it doesn’t mater who manipulates it. No country," allied" or otherwise, should interfere in the democratic process of another country.

I wouldn’t go as far as masterpiece but indeed the music is very important. The best Final Fantasy, in my opinion, have OST composed by Nobuo Uematsu, a musical genius, for example. And they wouldn’t be as good without his work.
- Comment on How come there aren't any moral geniuses? 5 months ago:
Still, there are widely recognized universal moral values
No really
like don’t kill other people.
So culture have the death penalty. Many would consider killing in time of war as okay. What about self-defense? Or defense of others? Is it morality wrong? What about euthenasia? Does it only applies to human? Moral is subjective.

- Comment on Helldivers 2 Players Express Frustration On Steam As It Will Soon Require A PSN Account 6 months ago:
Although the Steam page for HELLDIVERS 2 has clearly stated since release that a PlayStation Network account is required, you actually haven’t had to link them. That will change really soon.
So if it were clearly written the Steam page, I don’t really get the complains.

- Comment on Is the new Fallout TV show depressing? 7 months ago:
That said, it is an absolutely brilliant and faithful adaptation of the source material, and as a long time fan of the games, I loved every minute of it.
I’ve only watched the first three episodes so far and there’s already some retcon, plus a certain faction that should control the region which is nowhere to be seen. And a certain faction that shouldn’t be there and yet is. It’s not that faithful. Not a bad show really but it shouldn’t be canon.
