- Comment on Ahead of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 the first medieval RPG is 80% on Steam 6 months ago:
I remember playing the first one when it was just available for early access and the gameplay was understandably rough. I played a little bit and then forgotten about until last year when there were some buzz about it again. I brushed off the dust and got to experience such an immersive medieval world. 10/10 in my book

GameCube was the Nokia of the gaming consoles. Actually, it probably still is.

As someone who lives at a city of casinos, I can tell y’all that I have no love for them. It’s quite the depressing scene inside a casino believe it or not. People spend all of their pay checks and pension gambling while breathing in cigarette smoke

As a former Floridian, this is definitely triggering my PTSD as they seriously nailed the atmosphere of Vice City (Miami). Curious if they main characters will be as well written as V’s were

- Comment on Fish have heart too. 11 months ago:
People here are talking about fishes as our food source but what about fishes as a food source for other aquatic life? Or other animals that feed on those marine life? The effects can be far reaching. So the implication of a fish dying from plastic is a bit complicated than what OP’s making it out to be

Yeah that’s how developers respond to negative reviews or problems that their players have.
- Comment on Not if the lack of grammar and education gets you first... 11 months ago:
For those who are wondering if this picture is real or not, I couldn’t say. But I have seen a fair share of misspellings and bad grammar written on trucks about similar sentiments in Nevada (seeing where the license in the picture belongs to). The take away of this is that usually there is a correlation between education and conspiracies (believing in misinformation), and it’s a very real, serious issue in this country.

I think that lesson definitely applies to us average folks. But the bigger lesson here is to not trust billionaires. You would have to be a special kind of asshole to reach the status of a billionaire

That’s a nice idea! Honestly, if they must, just put up a picture of me and pray at my makeshift altar. All the more eco friendly alternative I think

I never really understood the need to be buried in a coffin after you pass on. Just cremate me and throw my ashes on the ground to fertilize the plants. Enough of these grave real estates
- Comment on i wanna have fun programming again 1 year ago:
Yeah I’ve definitely reached that burnout before! I had to take a bit of time out of coding in general. I would suggest doing something different that doesn’t involve a computer screen like some of the suggestions here. Things like maybe hiking or bird watching. I’m sure there’s a bunch of local organizations that are available for you to find that involves outdoor recreation.
If you still want to regain that passion for coding, maybe try learning something different from what you’re used to, like game dev.

In which gen does that happen? I only remember getting that move by breeding or a move vendor depending on the gen
- Comment on what kind of mushroom is this? Portland OR 1 year ago:
I’m sure people correct me if I’m wrong, but I wanna say these look like oyster mushrooms. Oyster mushrooms are pretty common in the PNW. What a beautiful find.

Oh so the complete opposite of the Gollum game? I’m all for it. Playing as a hobbit living peacefully in the Shire sounds amazing.
- Comment on Unity temporarily closes offices amid death threats following contentious pricing changes 1 year ago:
While I’m not defending those who sent these death threats or justifying these actions, I’m sure a lot work and progress will be lost for many companies because of these outrageous changes. It should be no surprise that many if not all of their clients are gonna angry. Switching another engine isn’t like switching from reddit to the fediverse.

Why do you think it was better than Discord today? Didn’t get to experience Xfire so genuinely curious about it’s user experience.
