I’m with ya on rising storm 2. It’s just a shame what TWI has done to the game since the EGS update

Do you not preheat your oven…?

I’ve played oblivion and Skyrim before, it was just Morrowind I stayed away from

I just finished Morrowind for the first time a few weeks ago, vanilla other than using openmw. It has aged a lot better than I expected it would have. I can definitely see why people say it’s their favorite TES, and I’m not talking with any kind of nostalgia.

Yeah if any dealerships near me ever had any in stock I probably would have bought one by now on impulse, I wish you could purchase it without any kind of dealership intervention though

Yeah I’m pretty split right now between getting a bolt while they’re still available or waiting and hoping the equinox is as good as they are saying it will be. I definitely want an EV at some point though my current (ancient) car currently does the job for short trips

Maintenance is something I’ve been thinking about a lot, thanks for mentioning it. I know it’s supposed to be a lot cheaper than other cars but at the same time I’m curious what maintenance looks like 10+ years out, in other words older than probably most of the bolts out there. I appreciate the comment though!

How do you like your bolt? I’ve been thinking about getting one or maybe an equinox when that comes out

I use plexamp too with a large library so I can comment on the android side (I didn’t know some of these differences existed)
- the app has settings for audio quality dependent on connection type, including not converting hires audio
- as far as I can tell the EQ in plexamp is global across devices, though it has presets for specific devices -same on Android I don’t think you can manually listen to downloaded songs outside of the app

Same, never seen anything star trek related but the memes here are pretty goof

Honestly if I had to choose a place or time to be subjected to an ad this ain’t bad. That being said I can imagine how nasty it would get if not washed. Imagine how the color would shift over time

I’ve actually found myself surprised at how my brain doesn’t hear that was weird. I personally find it very natural. Maybe it’s because I was read a lot of stories verbally as a kid?

Elevenlabs is incredible but yeah it’s not there 100% for audiobook purposes I think. I trained it on an audiobook from one of my favorite narrators and had it read from another book. It sounded just like the guy but the intonations and mannerisms just weren’t quite there to match the text.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 year ago:
It’s weird. When there’s just one narrator and they do different voices for different characters I don’t think twice about it but I can still tell the characters apart by voice alone. But when there’s an entirely different person’s voice my attention gets mildly distracted by it. It’s similar to when sometimes books will have a random sentence read out by someone different than the narrator, probably a post recording correction.

I’ve started consciously avoiding clickbait looking thumbnails for a while. While this addon looks great on paper, I do prefer to support creators who don’t treat me like a kid in a candy store. That being said, I had no idea this addon existed, that’s pretty cool
