  I’m currently watching Deep Space 9 for the first time and The Visitor is the best 45 minutes of television I’ve ever watched, so I guess DS9 season 4 even though I’ve only watched a few episodes from it at this point.

  I really liked it. I haven’t watched a ton of the anime, but I have watched more of it than the first season of live action covers.

  I like the Orville more than any current running Star Trek show (and that’s not me saying I hate all modern Trek, I definitely like some of it), but I’d take 90s Trek over Orville, so it’s a bit of a toss up.

  I would love another season of Orville.

  What you really want is others to give you an equal share even though you haven’t done anything to earn it and I fucking have.

  A core belief most of us have is that workers are very literally not being given what they’ve earned. But we also believe that all humans deserve food, shelter, and care. If you think that’s evil, there’s not much more of a discussion to have.

  I agree with you! Those were the seasons I had watched originally and I admittedly fell off. Coming back this time, I really enjoyed them. It does a great job of establishing the characters and their motivations. I know these characters get thrown through the ringer (hell, they already are) and it seems smart in retrospect to let you know who these people are outside of a crisis for a bit.

  I’m excited to be federated with startrek.website. My partner and I have been watching all 90s Trek by air date. TNG just finished up, DS9 is really getting into the swing of things, and Voyager just start. This is my first time with most of DS9 and all of Voyager, so it’s been a fun ride.
