Most usb- c pd adapters wont put ouz any voltage on their own. the end device must tell the adapter what voltage they want via the cc pins. on the raspberry pi this is done via resistors between cc1 snd cc2 to get 5v. those pins are most likely unpopulated on your bycicle lights, so they get no power.

I got really lucky. bought my pc parts end of november and paid ~1800 euro for a full pc build with a 9800x3d, 9070xt and 64gb ram.

From what i know, there are two ways to close your nose. one is via the soft palate. probably everyone can do that.
the other is via the musculis nasalis, which op probably meant. most people can’t do that.
