Schwalbe at least takes old tires back to recycle them. I can hand mine in at my bike shop. Maybe other brands have something similar.

- Comment on how are some people able to fall asleep anywheres? 5 months ago:
It’s something that you just get used to. When I had to travel long distance in a cramped bus daily I used to sleep on rhe way. The effect was so strong I from doing thisnevery day that I really had to fight falling asleep in every bus I rode on after that.

Oh yeah I loved it when fhey broke the battery of their earbuds for thousands of customers with an update and then refused to fix it with costumer service. People shluld go to jail for breaking that expensive shit.
Also sony makes their products less repairable with each iteration, they are a shitty company.
- Comment on Amazon Customer Service has become awful 6 months ago:
I don’t use it anymore because of the terriblr Service and the sneaking of prime at every opportunity. It’s like going to a szote where the staff refuses to talk to you and you always have to check if they took some money out of you wallet before you leave.

- Comment on Humane AI Pin: much-hyped gadget rocked by bad reviews 6 months ago:
I honestly dislike voice control very much. Would be pretty annoying to constantly have people around who are talking to their devices. It’s already jarring enough when you are a gust at somebodys home and they scream at their alexa every couple minutes, ruins the mood a little bit.
- Comment on Fallout 4 6 months ago:
Same, I stopped in the middle of it because I was so bored. Haven’t ever looked at Fallout 76, Fallout 4 killed the franchise for me.

I guess if the AI works well, it could have some niche uses. But as far as I have seen it doesn’t. It is also more marketed as a smartphone replacement, which for the vast majority of people it just wouldn’t be. Also the demo examples like booking flights are just moronic.
- Comment on Humane AI Pin: much-hyped gadget rocked by bad reviews 6 months ago:
“much hyped” lol I have seen not one person who was positively looking forward to this. I don’t really know why such dead in the water stupid idead even get any media attention at all.
- Comment on Starting today, ISPs must display labels with price, speeds, and data caps 7 months ago:
It will probably still help with comparing different plans. I think they should make different monthly rates illegal though. Like a price hike after half the contract is up. Just make it the same motnhly rate for the entire contract.

Well just today after a half hour Phone call I was offered an Email because of a broken fax machine. So technological development is going great. One of the very few times someone agreed to that. I mean it was just to show I am was actually a member of my health insurance, which could have been done without human intervention but a win is a win.

- Comment on Why is living with your parents considered a bad thing? 8 months ago:
What about uncles and aunts? Grandparents don’t just have one family to take care of. Also when I was born my grandparents were still working a long time, and now I have a son and his grandparents will be working for 15+years at least. I could never ever get my parents to move closer to me. Also they wpuld have to abandon my sibling who live closer to them.
- Comment on Why is living with your parents considered a bad thing? 8 months ago:
Not if you have a bery specialized job, or a job that requires moving. Think about doing a PHD, or even just being a teacher in germany the state will sort you into a school. You cannot not picl a city as a teacher, just give 3(?) preferences.
- Comment on Why is living with your parents considered a bad thing? 8 months ago:
If both people in a marriage have very specialized jobs it’s hard enough to find two jobs in the same city. Imagine doing this with two or three generations of people.
