So the Grimreaper saga continues…

By the way, if your game descriptions, dev-logs and especially the game itself uses AI text generation, I’d also add that information.
Personally I don’t mind it for these conversations, if the reason is a language barrier. But if you are capable of basic English, I’d recommend to try writing everything by yourself and only use AI or simply a dictionary for specific words/expressions. Not only do you learn more this way, but you are also more in control of expressing yourself.

Thanks for adding that note to the description! Just for clarity: If somewhere in the future you are able to work with an artist, would you re-work the art for this game? And can we expect a Linux release?
Other than that, I had the wish for this kind of game for some time and I’m glad something like that exists now. Given the circumstances, I still don’t see myself in the target audience, but good luck on your journey!
- Comment on Did I discover a fake conspiracy theory? 3 weeks ago:
It shouldn’t matter in the first place though. Such a story can happen, because, to the surprise of the internet, women are humans and individuals. If a person falls victim to such a scenario, they were just a victim to one individual, not all women in the world, let alone all people in need of help in public.

To be honest, the majority of shower thoughts here are just thoughts, especially in the last few months.
- Comment on Is it possible that none of this is real? 3 weeks ago:
It is always possible that none of this is real, but then everything you know to be real and normal is from this fake reality. You have no way to identify a real anomaly. You still do exist and you do matter, because what you sense, think and live through is your reality.

Let’s go, another chapter of letting a small amount of AAA games dictate our perception of video game prices.
- Comment on Is there a word, perhaps as 40-letter compound word in German, that explains this annoying social phenomenon? 5 weeks ago:
I didn’t find a word that on its own echos this exact situation. However if you leave out the details, you won’t need a lot of words either, e.g.:
Oh yeah, awkward coincidence the other day — I ran into Sebastian McGillicuddy wearing the same T-shirt as last time lol. Hate when that happens.
But it’s certainly a more interesting and vivid story with the details you gave us. Much like Michael McGillicuddy’s infamous ‘Genesis of McGillicutty’ promo :)

- Comment on How do you fight doomerism/pessimism in these trying times? 1 month ago:
One can only fight this pessimism for themselves. For some people there is no urge to fight it. They want to be part of the hardest times. Perhaps it works as a coping mechanism and in the end the problems most relatable to you are those that you are facing.
But if someone truly wants to feel less pessimism, all you have to do is to look back and reflect on history. A lot of people miss how long some “modern” problems have truly existed, long before it became relevant to them, from decades to millenniums. Some are totally aware of it, but it may be difficult to look at the past of a problem where you didn’t care about it or may even have been part of the problem. Or the history was so long ago that you only look at is as stories and nothing you can relate to.
We also underestimate our ability to live through the hell and normalize it. We were doomed multiple times and here we are. Vice versa, we underestimate the quality of life (especially in the western world) we have today. It’s not only hygiene, health and entertainment. We have progressed in our thoughts so much. Again, a lot of problems have only changed in how we recognize them as such. I’m not saying you shouldn’t fight fascism, because a lot of modern fascism used to be normalized not too long. I’m saying that we should be aware that we live in a time where we don’t ignore these problems in the first place.

Could it be “Woodcabin” by Saint Etienne? If not, how close is it?

On Youtube there is a checkbox to mark paid promotion in a video. There will at least be the common label for paid promotion. I don’t think hiding a paid promotion is worth the risk for big Youtube channels.
- Comment on do you consider joking about dying and killing oneself a sign that the person saying it is troubled? 6 months ago:
I wouldn’t assume anything with only this information. Jokes about death and suicide aren’t uncommon and we don’t know how they mean it. However it doesn’t hurt to ask them and give them the opportunity to share their pain and sad songs with you.

- Comment on 4th dimension doesn't exist because even 1D or 2D themselves are not real. 6 months ago:
What I meant is that some people portray the thin flat object itself as a 2D object, e.g. a piece of paper opposed to a box. I do understand that it’s intuitive to associate the absence of a dimension with a value close to 0 for it and vice versa, because that’s how we visualize it.
- Comment on 4th dimension doesn't exist because even 1D or 2D themselves are not real. 6 months ago:
Yes, they are only abstractions, just like numbers are. I do not understand your conclusion that they therefore do not exist.
I still upvoted this, because I can see where you are coming from. It’s frustrating when adults portray thin flat objects as “2D objects” to explain dimensions to children. It’s not a simplification; it’s simply wrong.
