I am going to be the dissenting opinion and say I have been enjoying this show. Not the greatest of all time, but fun to watch most of the time. There are so many bad shows on Crunchyroll this season that being fun makes it stand out a little.

Yeah, he could have handled that deal a bit smarter, I suppose. The more he makes the sooner he gets the book and the stronger (and richer) their party becomes.

Is this AI? It is so overly detailed at times it is distracting. And all those weird angle panning shots are uncalled for, IMHO.
Still, sounds like it could be a decent story (Raise of the shield hero like).

I enjoyed season one so I decided to read the LN, and boy howdy his neighbor is freaky.

Crunchyroll has 3 or 4 dubed episodes and then shows a popup saying no more dubs. I don’t want to wait till the season is over and don’t like to switch voice actors in the middle, so I always go with the subs from the start.

Hopefully it keeps picking up speed.
