Just walking around or going for a short hike is a good start. But, spoken from my own experience: the best first step is to stop getting high. Usually helps with depression and anxiety as well. It did so for me. It’s not easy, but it should be the first thing.

Gotte admit, I saw this and thought that’s beautiful and I want to play this game. What game is it? The I read it’s Uncharted 4 and I’ve already played it. Maybe it’s time to revisit?
The whole game is beautifully designed and polished. I’d play a walking simulator made by naughty dog, no questions asked.
