- Comment on YouTube Is Monetizing Human Suffering at an Open Air Drug Market 1 year ago:
This might be a stupid question but how can drug addicts of this sort (the ones who tumble across sidewalks semi-unconscious all day) afford to buy drugs?
They live in an open air drug market and I can’t imagine any charitable middle aged lady walking past giving them money. They for sure can’t work.
How do they afford drugs?

Set qbittorrent (i hope that’s what you’re using) to only use your VPN network interface and there is no need for a killswitch

- Comment on Google’s claim that search users have choice is “bogus,” Microsoft CEO tells judge 1 year ago:
It sneakily asks for Microsoft to select the most secure configuration for your system (or something similar)
Which means setting edge and bing as default

What if I decide to print my own book? A book that has no copyright at all, should the print shop prevent me from doing so?
As you (hopefully) can see a print shop has no job enforcing the law just as much as an advertiser has to

If someone wants to restrict their services out of willingness it is fine, I just think you can’t be required to do so
- Comment on Why aren't advertisers (Microsoft, Facebook, Google) held responsible for allowing scammy adverts? 1 year ago:
According to the law you are required to remove it as soon as you know it is there, but if you are not the original uploader you are not going to be held responsible

It is the law’s job to prevent and stop scams not of the platform that provides the advertising
If I had a printing shop (not sure how is it called in English) should I be the one who checks that what is written on the handouts is legit? Heck no, I don’t have the means for that.

- Comment on Coming to you soon... 1 year ago:
Actually watching only what you search for or are subscribed to is a great way to stop wasting your time on stupid shorts you used to watch for hours a day (at least for me)
Plus I don’t want an algorithm to feed me stupid things it thinks I would like, that’s what leads to polarization and countless other negative aspects in social media
Also I suggest to everyone readinh to watch “The social dilemma” a masterpiece that exposes these problems
