Every time this fuck comes up, I can’t believe he’s popular. Hopefully this will finally kill off his platform but I guarantee all these idiots online will forgot about this in no time.
- Comment on Apple iPhone sales decline 10% in first three months of 2024 6 months ago:
Not even that, the iPhone SE is $430 and is the closest phone they’re claiming to want but then going for the top of the line phone instead.
- Comment on Batman game that became Shadow of Mordor footage surfaces online 7 months ago:
Looking back, the nemesis system and active reloading in GOW not being implemented in other games made me realize the old style of game creation of implementing and improving was over. The nemesis system is truly innovative and there was several times that I was like fuck Sauron, this random orc that got several lucky kills on me MUST be destroyed.

Welp, looks like I looked too quickly and you’re correct. Google sucks ass now and never directly shows what you search.

Ah ya that makes sense, I know Nintendo is struggling. lol
- Comment on Super Mario Maker is shutting down, how should I prepare? 8 months ago:
They’re still selling this game for $40! Why can they not continue to support it?
- Comment on Have video games become expensive now? 9 months ago:
There’s some decent arguments in here about how it is cheaper than it ever has been. But I can tell you that even though I make more money than I ever have in my life, I haven’t bought a brand new game in about 4 years because of how much it costs to just live now.
Go ahead and adjust games price to account for inflation, at least $90+, and see how many new games just flop. People will prioritize living over gaming. If suddenly people can only buy half as many games then you will see half the sales.

Some places have preemptively outlawed doing this.

Ya, why the fuck would we get an 8 remake before a 9 remake.
- Comment on Disney+ Drops 1.3 Million Subscribers Amid Price Hike, Streaming Loss Shrinks by $300 Million 9 months ago:
I was paying for a year at a pop. After the price hike, I was going to cancel entirely. It just happened to coincide with the shitty Disney/hulu ad price. Which got my kids off my back for not having it and it’s only like 36 bucks for the year. If I feel inclined to watch something on those two then I watch on desktop and ad block the ads.
- Comment on PlayStation’s creative game-making toybox Dreams apparently almost made it to PC, but now it’s dead 9 months ago:
Excellent! Now all these people’s work dies with the console instead being accessible for decades.
- Comment on The top Steam Deck games for January 2024 have been revealed - Palworld hits 2nd place 9 months ago:
I played and beat Metal Gear Rising. I have decided that I don’t have time anymore for trying too hard mode everything so I played it on easy and it still really fun. I was quite surprised to see that the achievement for beating the game was done by 42% globally. That seems really high which is cool.
- Comment on Expensive school uniforms don't make kids better at maths, so why are schools so focused on them? 9 months ago:
I’m sorry for that… I’m sure there are many who feel the same as you. But is it worth enforcing school uniforms to protect these kids while stifling the identity of others? Is it worth normalising steep authoritarianism for this?
Society already imposes a dress code. Even without laws, a person that goes against the grain will be ostracized to varying degrees. People will refuse to interact with you or refuse to provide services or prohibit you from working for them. Even the amount of clothes is enforced as you can’t even just walk around naked without consequences in most locations.
Exactly. All of which is wrong. School uniforms normalise bs like this, which is why they shouldn’t exist.
I don’t think what you’re saying is necessarily incorrect as it can be very easily used to reinforce authoritarian ideals. But most US schools don’t have uniforms but they have you say the pledge of allegiance which is way weirder in my opinion. Now, most kids mumble through and legally they can’t make you say it. But like I was saying above, if you outright refuse then you could be ostracized by your peers or leadership which is traumatizing too.
- Comment on Expensive school uniforms don't make kids better at maths, so why are schools so focused on them? 9 months ago:
Did you wear no clothes in the evening or on the weekend? I have a lot of residual shame from dressing “poor” in comparison to peers at school. Also, there’s going to be dress codes regardless, which is also stifling individuality. That is usually packaged in sexism as well.

- Comment on X appears to be juicing MrBeast’s views to woo the YouTuber to the platform, pushing video upload into users’ feeds as an unlabeled ad 9 months ago:
I do get sub 1000 view recommendations from YouTube but I don’t know if I would assume those creators haven’t paid any money. You can pay to push your videos to a small, very targeted, audience for fairly cheap.
- Comment on X appears to be juicing MrBeast’s views to woo the YouTuber to the platform, pushing video upload into users’ feeds as an unlabeled ad 9 months ago:
There’s still plenty of people doing that. But their uploads will be inconsistent when they upload and quality. The views will also be low so YouTube’s algorithm won’t recommend it unless they pay to advertise.

Anyone who is interested in a foldable. Check eBay or Swappa. I was really surprised to find them 2nd hand for like 600-800. Which is crazy considering how much they sell for new.
